2015-07-07 - Brandon Bazemore and other TTG members retrieve gloves, masks, and firearms and travel by van to the 900 block of West Fayette Street where they are told Lamont Randall is located. Bazemore and the TTG members exited the van and fired dozens of rounds at Randall, then returned to the van and fled. When police arrived, they discovered Randall, the target and two other victims, Jacqueline Parker, 53 and Gerald Thompson, 34 all suffering from gunshot wounds. Lamont Randall is pronounced dead at the scene. Parker and Thompson are transported to Shock Trauma, where they are also pronounced dead. Officers recovered 23 9mm casings, 29 .40-caliber casings, and one .45-caliber casing from the crime scene. A fourth victim was also shot, but survived.
2015-08-10 - Postal Inspectors interdicted four packages addressed to a fictitious residence and addressee in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Because of the false address and name, the packages could not be delivered. Roger Taylor, aka "Milk" in an effort to obtain the packages, contacted the post office and requested the packages be re-delivered to a different address in Windsor Mill. Additional investigation revealed that the four packages contained 9.9 kilograms of cocaine.
2015-12-28 - Dominique Harris is murdered at 1900 Baker Street, police allegedly looking for two men in a red passat. John "Binky" Harrison robbed Harris and Markee Brown of drugs and money. Shortly thereafter, Harrison murdered Harris.
2016-01-?? - Federal wiretap investigation into TTG and YGG begins and law enforcement records 250 phone calls.
2016-01-22 - law enforcement learned that two members of TTG were looking for several individuals that had robbed a member of TTG of a small quantity of narcotics. The two members of TTG were spotted by law enforcement driving in the area of the 2500 block of West Lafayette Avenue in west Baltimore. In an effort to escape the police, the occupants of the car fled after crashing into a snow bank. Investigation revealed the car had been provided to them by Roger Taylor "Milk". Three officers arrested Broughton, who were in the Baltimore City Police Department’s Gun Trace Task Force, of recent infamy, and in their affidavits establishing probable cause for the tracking order and wiretap order on TT4, the government relied on events related to Broughton’s arrest. However, the officers’ version of the events was corroborated by an intercepted phone call on January 23, 2016, over TT3, another cellphone, between Barronette and Sivells, in which the two discussed what occurred during the arrest.
2016-02-05 - a tracking order was issued for a cellular phone used by Sivells and referred to as TT4. An eleven-page affidavit accompanied the warrant, establishing probable cause that Sivells was involved in drug trafficking and that the phone was used for drug trafficking.

The government submitted a fifty-two-page affidavit describing probable cause, which included all of the above facts plus details about Sivells’s record of drug crimes and phone records showing that TT4 was routinely used to call Barronette, another known drug dealer.
2016-04-05 - the government filed an application for a warrant authorizing the interception of wire communications to and from another cellular telephone used by Sivells and referred to as TT5. The wiretap calls showed Appellants communicating to distribute drugs and to track people who they were conspiring to murder. During the course of surveillance, officers observed Barronette and Sivells conducting drug transactions. Law enforcement also conducted controlled purchases of drugs from the group. For the wiretap of TT5, another cellphone associated with Sivells, law enforcement submitted a seventy-five-page affidavit detailing probable cause. The affidavit stated that in early March 2016, CS-4 informed police that Barronette and Sivells were using TT5 as their phone to arrange drug transactions. The affidavit also listed who made controlled calls to TT5 that Sivells answered, indicating he was going to purchase drugs.

2016-05-25 - Antonio Addison is murdered. His murder was part of a conflict between TTG members and Cedric Catchings, Andrew Johnson, Amos Johnson, Brandon Bazemore, and Addison. The conflict began because the TTG members believed Andrew Johnson had cooperated with law enforcement. TTG members were surveilling the men. In April 2016, Floyd reported Addison’s whereabouts to Barronette several times. In early May 2016, Floyd told Sivells that he was watching Catchings walk down the street, and they discussed how Catchings was working with Addison and others that they believed were cooperating with law enforcement. Then, on May 25, 2016, an individual fired shots into a car occupied by Bazemore and Johnson. After the shooting, Sivells, in a wiretapped call, asked the shooter whether he had “hit” Bazemore.Then, also on May 25, 2016, Sivells and Barronette observed Addison and Johnson together in a vehicle. That same day, Addison was murdered. Tyree Paige, another person who sold drugs in the neighborhood, testified that he heard Sivells say that Addison was “supporting a rat, so [he] had to go, too.” Paige then testified that he saw Sivells and Barronette driving on Calhoun Street, with guns, towards where Addison was shot. He then heard gunshots and saw Sivells and Barronette return right after to Calhoun Street. Additionally, Sivells’s cell phone records confirm that he was near the site of Addison’s murder during the time period of his murder
2016-00-00 - [Summer] a feud developed between Pulley and Chris Pennington, a/k/a “Magic.” Pennington and several other individuals robbed a marijuana distributor that Pulley supplied. When Pulley learned that Pennington was offering money for information concerning Pulley’s location, Pulley solicited members of TTG and others to murder Pennington.
2016-06-08 - Operations detectives arrest 21 year-old Tyree Paige for handgun possession in the 900 block of Calhoun Street. Detectives seize a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

2017-01-09 - Chris "Magic" Pennington is murdered near 2400 West Baltimore Street. Jamar Hinton was charged with his murder. Search warrants were subsequently executed at Pulley’s home and the home of a co-defendant, Brandon Wilson. Law enforcement recovered the gun used to murder Pennington at Wilson’s home and recovered a .22-caliber pistol, one pound of marijuana, and $32,758 in cash from Pulley’s home, the next day.
2017-06-18 - Cedric Catchings, 28, is taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder in the April 2016 killing of 28-year-old Larelle Wallace in West Baltimore. Catchings was acquitted in May of shooting at a former BGF commander Ronnie Johnson. Johnson emerged from federal witness protection for the trial, at which he testified that Catchings shot him seven times in the leg in May 2016. Catchings was not released from jail until Thursday because he had an open probation violation. Catchings' father, Frederick Catchings Sr., said someone shot at his car as he drove away from the jail with his son. Cedric Catchings is the brother of Frederick Catchings Jr., who is awaiting trial for attempted murder in a case that police say prompted the retaliatory killing of up-and-coming Baltimore rapper Lor Scoota last June. From Harrison, investigators recovered $9,277 in cash and a .40 caliber handgun loaded with an extended magazine containing 17 rounds, including one in the chamber. The $9,277 were proceeds of Harrison’s drug trafficking activity. At a stash location associated with the conspiracy, law enforcement recovered a 9mm pistol, loaded with 16 rounds, including one in the chamber; a .25 caliber pistol loaded with five rounds; a container with 386 grams of a mixture of fentanyl and heroin; several clear plastic bags containing a total of 40 grams of cocaine; a clear plastic bag containing 50 grams of a mixture of heroin and fentanyl; a clear plastic bag containing 27 grams of crack cocaine; a plastic bag containing 71 grams of a fentanyl mixture; and drug paraphernalia. This location was an apartment complex at 10310 Gelding Drive in Cockeysville and was tracked using geolocation data.

- On January 23, 2016, an intercepted call, involving another cellphone that the police were tracking, revealed Barronette and Sivells discussing guns and drugs
- In February 2016, CS-4 indicated that Sivells had recently acquired TT4 and was using the phone to facilitate drug deals
- Also in February 2016, CS-4 made a controlled call to Sivells on TT4 and made a deal with Sivells to purchase cocaine, with Sivells directing CS-4 to go to a drug shop on Calhoun Street.

The government submitted a fifty-two-page affidavit describing probable cause, which included all of the above facts plus details about Sivells’s record of drug crimes and phone records showing that TT4 was routinely used to call Barronette, another known drug dealer.
2016-04-05 - the government filed an application for a warrant authorizing the interception of wire communications to and from another cellular telephone used by Sivells and referred to as TT5. The wiretap calls showed Appellants communicating to distribute drugs and to track people who they were conspiring to murder. During the course of surveillance, officers observed Barronette and Sivells conducting drug transactions. Law enforcement also conducted controlled purchases of drugs from the group. For the wiretap of TT5, another cellphone associated with Sivells, law enforcement submitted a seventy-five-page affidavit detailing probable cause. The affidavit stated that in early March 2016, CS-4 informed police that Barronette and Sivells were using TT5 as their phone to arrange drug transactions. The affidavit also listed who made controlled calls to TT5 that Sivells answered, indicating he was going to purchase drugs.

2016-05-25 - Antonio Addison is murdered. His murder was part of a conflict between TTG members and Cedric Catchings, Andrew Johnson, Amos Johnson, Brandon Bazemore, and Addison. The conflict began because the TTG members believed Andrew Johnson had cooperated with law enforcement. TTG members were surveilling the men. In April 2016, Floyd reported Addison’s whereabouts to Barronette several times. In early May 2016, Floyd told Sivells that he was watching Catchings walk down the street, and they discussed how Catchings was working with Addison and others that they believed were cooperating with law enforcement. Then, on May 25, 2016, an individual fired shots into a car occupied by Bazemore and Johnson. After the shooting, Sivells, in a wiretapped call, asked the shooter whether he had “hit” Bazemore.Then, also on May 25, 2016, Sivells and Barronette observed Addison and Johnson together in a vehicle. That same day, Addison was murdered. Tyree Paige, another person who sold drugs in the neighborhood, testified that he heard Sivells say that Addison was “supporting a rat, so [he] had to go, too.” Paige then testified that he saw Sivells and Barronette driving on Calhoun Street, with guns, towards where Addison was shot. He then heard gunshots and saw Sivells and Barronette return right after to Calhoun Street. Additionally, Sivells’s cell phone records confirm that he was near the site of Addison’s murder during the time period of his murder
2016-00-00 - [Summer] a feud developed between Pulley and Chris Pennington, a/k/a “Magic.” Pennington and several other individuals robbed a marijuana distributor that Pulley supplied. When Pulley learned that Pennington was offering money for information concerning Pulley’s location, Pulley solicited members of TTG and others to murder Pennington.
2016-06-08 - Operations detectives arrest 21 year-old Tyree Paige for handgun possession in the 900 block of Calhoun Street. Detectives seize a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

2016-08-04 - Warrant issued for 2307 Avalon Street in Baltimore for the search warrant for the residence at 2307 Avalon Avenue, the government included an affidavit detailing controlled purchases of heroin from Barronette and Sivells in November 2015 and January 2016, physical and electronic surveillance of Sivells at or near the residence, and information from CS-4 that Sivells was recently in the residence.

2017-01-09 - Chris "Magic" Pennington is murdered near 2400 West Baltimore Street. Jamar Hinton was charged with his murder. Search warrants were subsequently executed at Pulley’s home and the home of a co-defendant, Brandon Wilson. Law enforcement recovered the gun used to murder Pennington at Wilson’s home and recovered a .22-caliber pistol, one pound of marijuana, and $32,758 in cash from Pulley’s home, the next day.
2017-06-18 - Cedric Catchings, 28, is taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder in the April 2016 killing of 28-year-old Larelle Wallace in West Baltimore. Catchings was acquitted in May of shooting at a former BGF commander Ronnie Johnson. Johnson emerged from federal witness protection for the trial, at which he testified that Catchings shot him seven times in the leg in May 2016. Catchings was not released from jail until Thursday because he had an open probation violation. Catchings' father, Frederick Catchings Sr., said someone shot at his car as he drove away from the jail with his son. Cedric Catchings is the brother of Frederick Catchings Jr., who is awaiting trial for attempted murder in a case that police say prompted the retaliatory killing of up-and-coming Baltimore rapper Lor Scoota last June. Frederick Catchings is also facing charges in a separate triple shooting. Catchings was acquited at the trial Johnson testified at.

Brandon Bazemore, aka Man Man, 25, pleaded guilty to the racketeering conspiracy, including three murders and an attempted murder, as well as to the drug conspiracy. Bazemore and the government have agreed that if the Court accepts the plea, Bazemore will be sentenced to 25 years in federal prison at his sentencing on Nov. 13. Co-defendants Hisaun Chatman, 31, and James Woodfolk, 20, pleaded guilty to the drug conspiracy and were each sentenced to five years in prison, to be served concurrent to the state sentence each is currently serving.

2019-03-15 - John Harrison, aka Binkie, 28, and Linton Broughton, aka Marty, 25; both of Baltimore, were sentenced by U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Broughton, Harrison and their co-defendants were also convicted of a drug distribution conspiracy involving heroin, marijuana, and cocaine. Harrison participated in the murder of five individuals and a firearm recovered from Broughton was found to be used in four of those murders. Harrison was found to have participated in the murder of three people on July 7, 2015, as well as two other murders. A gun that Broughton had hidden was recovered on Jan. 28, 2016, was determined to have been used in the murders on July 7, 2015, as well as another murder committed by Harrison.

2019-11-25 - FBI investigators executed search warrants at locations associated with the conspiracy, including a search of Davante Harrison.
From Harrison, investigators recovered $9,277 in cash and a .40 caliber handgun loaded with an extended magazine containing 17 rounds, including one in the chamber. The $9,277 were proceeds of Harrison’s drug trafficking activity. At a stash location associated with the conspiracy, law enforcement recovered a 9mm pistol, loaded with 16 rounds, including one in the chamber; a .25 caliber pistol loaded with five rounds; a container with 386 grams of a mixture of fentanyl and heroin; several clear plastic bags containing a total of 40 grams of cocaine; a clear plastic bag containing 50 grams of a mixture of heroin and fentanyl; a clear plastic bag containing 27 grams of crack cocaine; a plastic bag containing 71 grams of a fentanyl mixture; and drug paraphernalia. This location was an apartment complex at 10310 Gelding Drive in Cockeysville and was tracked using geolocation data.
